starting (or restarting) individual therapy can be daunting. at inkblot, our goal is to remove unhelpful barriers to treatment by making the process as seamless as possible. our therapists have years of experience developing strong and meaningful relationships with clients - the first and most important step towards optimizing relationships that clients have with themselves.
interventions focus on healthy coping strategies, insight and self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and strengths-based approaches towards symptom reduction.

one-on-one relational work
inkblot’s providers specialize in providing individual relational therapy. while not the same as couples treatment, relational therapy is individual support focused on improving relationships with intimate partners, friends, family members, and colleagues.
interventions emphasize assertiveness communication skills, conflict resolution, boundary setting, vulnerability, intimacy, and adaptive coping skills.
