Being yourself isN’T ENOUGH. Maybe you’ve been ghosted one too many times, felt invisible in your own family, or hid parts of yourself to stay safe. I understand the complexities of navigating relationships, shame, and identity. They’re not just individual challenges; they’re systemic, too. I specialize in working with LGTQIA+ clients who are exhausted by surface-level connections and crave more intimacy, authenticity, and trust in their relationships. If that feels familiar, you’re not alone. You don’t have to keep navigating it all by yourself.

Our work goes way beyond listening. It’s about deeply caring and connecting. I’ve sat with clients who’ve never told anyone how much they hurt. I know how sacred that trust is. I’m here to create a space for you that’s steady, affirming, and built entirely around your truth.

We’ll stay centered on your healing, and we’ll go at your pace. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate but can also be challenging and direct. That might mean sitting with the pain of rejection, unlearning patterns of shame, or practicing how to say hard or vulnerable things out loud to another person. It may also involve improving self-awareness, emotional self-expression, and role-playing how to ask others for the kind of love, boundaries, and connections you deserve.

Common themes that I work on with adult individuals include: anxiety, depression, mood volatility (at times correlated with bipolar diagnosis), LGBTQ+ and/or ethnic minority identity experiences, identity exploration, ADHD and autism, complex trauma, relationship and communication issues, codependency, significant life transitions, perfectionism, and burn out (especially in high-paced corporate or tech environments). Not to be forgotten – sometimes, folks simply feel like ‘something’ in their life needs to shift.

I believe your emotions and your story matter deeply. I strive to create a space where we can do the hard work and also find room for humor and lightness along the way. I offer directness with compassion, and show up as authentically as I ask you to be. My hope is that through our work, you’ll feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped with tools that truly make a difference in your life.
